MOVE IN (NEW TENANT)
Apply for this service to get access to the loading bay and service elevator to move your furniture and large appliances into your property (Move In).
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Move in requests should be submitted 48 hours prior to the move in date.
2. Friday is strictly prohibited.
3. Moving is only allowed between 10 am and 6 pm. No exceptions will be granted.
4. All movers should submit valid Emirates ID to the security desk at the lobby.
5. Movers are prohibited from accessing the pool and gym at all times. Violators will be removed and banned from entering the premises.

POLICY
- AED 1000 Deposit will be refunded after the move in has been completed subject to any damages in the common areas and/or the service elevator will be deductible from the deposit.
